My Minecraft Field of View is Messed up?

I was playing around with commands in Minecraft and I set my speed to 250. It made my game look really weird, so I wanted to see what it would look like with the Quake Pro FOV, and it looked Really weird. I logged off my world and into a server. I turned my FOV back to normal, (I always have it that way) and it looked different. It was like it was zoomed in or something. I messed around with FOV and it looked normal and 94, but I NEVER have my FOV at that. I really want this to be normal again. Please help!
