Why are my minecraft mods acting shitty?

I'm having trouble with modding minecraft. I'd like to put a whole bunch of mods in, but after I added galacticraft and divine rpg any extra mods just gave me error after error. Now it's telling me I need a new version of NEI when I've already been playing with my current one! If I could just get a video link perhaps to someone helpful I'd appreciate it. It's beyond irritating getting these to work. Lol you put one mod in and you need 3 more ya know? At this point my minecraft folder is probably completely screwed from all my tinkering. I just want to use all the mods capsparklez uses in his new ultra modded series.
