Why don't youtuber's do research?

I have made a mod for Minecraft and it got reviewed by a youtuber and they said things weren't implemented in the mod which i'm sure it is(CREATOR) and i have seen youtuber's not pickup essential items for games and then ***** and moan about not knowing how to finish the quest etc. Why don't they do research
