How to bypass my schools's Lightspeed filter?

So I have a computer class where I have a ton of free time and I would like to play games and minecraft, but: I am using a password that can run all programs, but not access internet, then I go to a blocked website and click not you and log in with my username and password, the password account that can run programs as administrator cannot access websites. Also:

1) Minecraft doesnt play as the launcher is blue Xed
2) No proxy website works, nor does tor
3)I cannot change the wifi
4) I tried removing the privaxcy policy however some of the files are completely unaccessible
5) WinRAR doesnt work
6) Proxy programs dont work either
7)Tor doesnt work
8) Tinyurl doesnt work
9) HTTPS doesnt work
10) I can open cmd but the commands always fail

I have tried every possible thing i know about

So I need to know how to get an admin account or bypass the websites. As of now i am sometimes using google translate by translating a link french to english and it hardly works. Also if it is important the account i use to log into the computer, not internet USED to have full access before the school realized it. What can i do?
Added (1). Also many blocked websites are blue with a lighter X over it, and on the half admin account the websites most always say err_connection_reset. VERY FEW have a blue screen
Added (2). ALSO I cannot copy some urls that are too long due to the lightspeed immediately redirecting and the link doesnt appear on google
Added (3). TO BE CLEAR i need to pass through lightspeed AND group privacy policy
