How to change my PUBLIC ip?

Ok so basically I play minecraft pocket edition and you can port forward and other people can join your world. Well recently I ve change my username and no one knows who I am, and I don t want them to know, but j want to start another server. But they have my PUBLIC ip which I git from "what my ip" on google and it never changes. If they have my ip then they will know it s me. HOW DO I CHNAGE MY PUBLIC! The one you get from "what s my ip" that you look up I. Google. Help!
