I am 14 should I become a youtuber?

I think I have a few good ideas but the problem is I HATE my voice and i live with like 3 different people in a small appartment. I don't really know if I can become a youtuber. Also because I know people make fun of 12 year olds for making COD and Minecraft videos but:(. I just want to make people laugh lol So should I? And how do I go about doing that? I know it might be obvious but thanks for helping:)
