Credit card was charged but I still cant play miniecraft?

For Christmas my dad got me a minecraft account but everytime we tried to make the transaction it would say that there was an error. My dad was annoyed at this point and gave up. The next day, he checked his credit card and $26.95 was charged, from mojang. We tried to sign in but it went to the page where you buy minecraft and pick your username. I've emailed Majong but have had no response. Please help. My dad is really stressed out. Thanks in advance.
