Haunted minecraft server?

I was building a house with someone and making a sand perimeter outside. ANYWAYS while doing this the torches on the floor were disappearing/reappearing, fire was lighting up the floor (about 4 blocks) and then disappearing, sheep were spawning and dying on their own/catching on fire, sugar cane was building and cutting itself down, enderman spawning and following me/enderman noises with no enderman around. WHAT IS HAPPENING
