Minecraft.Net says error when I try to purchase the game, any solutions?

So, when I go to purchase Minecraft off of the official website it says: "Invalid request:
Your order request is invalid and can t be processed. Please try again or contact customer support."

When, in actual reality everything on the page is correct, and I know for sure there s money on the credit card I m using.

One thing I think is strange though is that all the information on the page has a green lining around it, except for the Country, Billing Country, and Postal Code.
