What should my youtube username be?

I am a techy, geek, hacker, gamer, and all of that. I'm going to make a ton of HQ minecraft videos and game development videos, I am ready to start but what should my username be? I need something really simple like Ziovo or Vsauce, that is actually memorable because I almost forgot Ziovo, and Vsauce is a bit too random since it doesn't reflect on the channel at all.
