Will the games I currently have downloaded to my Xbox 360 transfer to my Xbox One?

I've done a lot of research on it recently, but I just want to be sure. Some people say there is no compatibility for games. Others say there will be soon. Others are claiming that Gold members get to try out the preview, which makes little sense to me. All I want to know is if Skyrim and Minecraft, games downloaded onto my Xbox 360, will transfer over with my account. If it will, is there anything else I have to do after I transfer my account to get them? If it won't, do I have to buy the games again? Or will a patch of sorts be coming out to fix this?
