Internet connected but browsers won't won't. Plus other problems?

I have an e545 edge thinkpad and a while ago my browser stopped working. I'm connected to the Internet but always says page can't be displayed. Minecraft servers work when I try though. I tried all the commands like flush dns and stuff like that and didn't work. I also have a fake Windows 7 and I can't uninstall ytdownloader. Please help it's getting really annoying
