What laptop is good for editing like Sony Vegas pro 13 and gaming?

I am looking into getting a new better laptop. The one I have now can't run svp 13 and I only get about 3 to 4 fps 16 is the best I've ever gotten. I've used good wifis and the laptop is the problem. Can you out some suggestions for some laptops preferably under $700. I really only play minecraft or smite. Thanks for any answers.
