Where can I buy a gaming computer or gaming laptop at the budget of 200 - 300 dollars?

I asked my parents if I an get a gaming computer or laptop for my birthday, but I don't want to purchase anything from Ebay or untrusted places where we meet face to face, I want a website like Alienware where I could just buy it and it gets delivered to my house. What kind of PC or laptop?

- Cheap gaming or laptop that has the ability to run games at high FPs

-Maybe a PC that could run GTA 5 with mods?

- Minecraft with shaders (I want my cousins to have fun while playing minecraft.)

-I download a lot of games and don't want my CPU to slow down.

Games that I wanted to play, but couldn't because my Laptop isn't strong enough.

- Gang Beast

- Minecraft

Again my budget is only 200 - 300 dollars, I want to get it delivered by something I can trust, I don't do face to face meeting and I don't really trust Ebay. It doesn't have to be a gaming pc, but a pc that can run some of the above.
