Is PS3 worth selling for a PS4?

So I have a 320GB Ps3, so i've been wanting to get a PS4 and I dont know if I should save up for it or buy games on my PS3. I have 230$ But I want an iPhone 4S which is nearly 320-400$ In my country (Or i'd buy a samsung ace 2 for 180$ for the sake of the PS4:P) and i've been thinking of selling my PS3 with Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 3, Grand Theft Auto V, Saints Row The Third with no online pass, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 complete edition+Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced warfighter 2( Both Tom clancy games are on 1 disc ), Minecraft PS3 Edition, Black Ops II with 3 DLCs, The Last Of Us, Max Payne 3. So is it worth selling my Ps3 & its games? Most of my real life friends have moved to PS4 but I do have some friends that I havent met in person in other countries, But most of them also have a PS4 and they just play GTA V but sometimes my net or its GTA Online that I cannot connect to and I am tired of BF3 because its empty and filled with a few full lobbies with normal maps but I wanna play the DLCs which no1 plays, and I play GTA V or Battlefield on my PS3 nothing else. So is it worth selling my PS3 to get the new console and buy BF4,ghosts etc on PS4 and I dont have alot of money so I dont think i'd be able to pay for PS Plus all the time and Dont have money for games that often and my internet is sometimes great and sometimes crap because the internet in my country is Really POOR, but I play BF3 with no lag and get in full lobbies in GTA Sometimes. Soo… Thanks:)
Added (1). Forgot to mention and didnt have enough space… My PS3 controller has random button pressing problems and like 1cm on the left side of the controller has come off but 1 hit on the hand fixes it, feel free to ask anything just so I know I am making the right choice! Oh and a PS4 costs 500-720$ in my country but I do have relatives from USA and Canada who can bring for 400$ if I have the money.
