Ok so I am a 13/14 year old and I would like a pay pal account to collect donations I have a game server (Minecraft) and if people donate then they get special perks but I need to have a way of collecting the money. All I'm going to do is hold it in my pay pal account until I have a credit/debit card I can also use that money to help pay for the server because the company I buy it from has a pay pal option where you can group pay for the server. As well as that I have a You Tube channel and already I have 10 or so vids and I have made like 10p but 10p is better than none! That uses pay pal too please let me know if this is legal.
