I crash when playing any computer game?

So I play 3 different computer games and all of them cause my computer to crash. ROBLOX is one of the games. If I am on multiplayer, I crash within less than 3 minutes on the game. Minecraft is another game. On single player, I crash in about 10-20 minutes time. On multiplayer, I crash within less than 5 minutes. SimCity is the 3rd game I play. I crash within less than 5 minutes. In fact, after the crash, I can't even open up the game.

What is going on? I have a Windows laptop that I got in Christmas 2012, so I doubt it's getting old. What is going on here?
