My world is gone and i can't play it anymore but its still saved onto my minecraft folder?

FYI my power went out and my computer shut down when i was still in game and now i cant access my world anymore. Please help i have built a farm, ,house, tree farm, plenty of resources and have found the end portal, i just need 3 more ender eyes. Please Help
