Help suggest a game for me?!

Please suggest a game.

I want to play a game with the following:

PC, online multiplayer (doesn’t have to be an MMO but I want to play with a group of friends), Base-building and resource gathering, Leveling system (RPG mechanics - crafting etc). But I want a top-down or third-person game at the least kinda game.

Something like Ark-survival meets diablo III meets Minecraft. Or anything similar but with a top down view?

Any suggestions are welcome.
