I need to either save my player or my inventory with nbtexplorer?

ive been playing minecraft 1.8.8 and i have recently fallen into a lava lake in the nether. Normally i would just take the death and just re-stock my inventory, however, i have a few items that i have exhausted quite a bit of time and resources to accquire which i would rather not have to grind for agian. I have nbtexplorer though i am not too familiar with the application. Im just wandering if there is a way to increase my health so i can react, perhaps apply a fire resist or even just move me to a safe location where i could just reclaim my items.
