Am I selling my Xbox 360 for too much?

I have a Xbox 360, the Mordern Warfare 3 limited edition one. On top of this I am selling it with a Kinect, 2 matching controllers, and the following games… Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Call of Duty: Ghost, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, The Evil Within, The Sims 3, Minecraft, Midnight Club (the racing game), Wipeout 2, and Kinect Adventures. I was going to sell it for $300. Is that too much?
