How to put 360 games on Xbox One?

I got an xbox one and I want to put minecraft and pvz Garden Warfare on it. I don't want to rebuy them.Is there a way to put Xbox 360 games that are available on Xbox one on the Xbox one?(Basically what I mean is garden warfare can be bought on Xbox one and 360. Not backgrounds compatibility.Is there a way to put that digital copy on the Xbox one and play it(NOT BACKGROUND COMPATIBILITY.
