Something's wrong with either my windows 10 laptop or minecraft?

I bought an account already and so i want it on my new laptop i just bought but i can't open it. It keeps saying, unable to start the minecraft runtime environment. This is most likely causes by a corruption. Please try to reinstall minecraft. I have reinstalled it 5 times aready and it keeps doing it to me! This was my brother's acc and then my old laptop's but it broke down so i really want it on my new laptop! Someone help please! :(
