My Minecraft acc has been stolen and I want to make a new one.can I?

Ok,so some time ago I bought and downloaded minecraft. I made an account and recently it has been stolen(I m pretty sure anyway). I can t log in so I thought of making a new account but when I go to do that it tells me to buy minecraft but I already have it! Can I not make a new account? Or if I can how to do it? I can t find any videos or anything to help me so please tell me
