Creating a Leaderboards Website?

Hi, so I am wondering if there is a website where I can post editable leaderboards, or if I can create a free website to upload leaderboards. These leaderboards are for a particular game on the hypixel server on minecraft. So is there way a could create a site for this. I am not wanting something that will auto-update because what I am doing is not recorded in the data stored by hypixel. Thank you all so much:D
