Did I make a wrong decision by buying PS4?

I bought a Play station 4 a year ago because I used to have a PS3, but things changed, now I have to pay for Playstaion plus and there were no games released that are worth playing, I only play GTA 5, Minecraft,Far cry 4, and some CODs. These games got boring and I have tried other games which I borrowed from my friends, they are just not worth $60. Now in my high school I am taking a Computer A+ course, I now know how to build a computer, how to repair it and troubleshoot problems, I also learnt some stuff about servers, networking and other stuff, now I regret my decision. I wish I had built a PC with $500 that I bought the PS4, now I can't ask my dad for money because he will get mad I have saved up $ 200 by now to buy a PC, do you think I should sell my PS4 and build a PC with my $200 and the money that comes by selling PS4 and by asking my mom some money? ( sorry for the bad English, English is my 3rd Language)…
