Help buying a new computer i don't know what to get?

so im thinking of buying a new computer for gaming and i was wondering if a CybertronPC - Patriot-HBX Desktop - AMD A4-Series - 16GB Memory - 1TB + 8GB Hybrid Hard Drive - Blue on best buy would be good for running game on steam like csgo, Minecraft and the division im only looking to spend $500-600 on a new tower please help me if this is worth my money.
