Which high end PC rig is better? (workstation/gaming PC comparison)?

Ok then first, the PC would be used to render 1080p and 4K videos, as well as playing the odd game, which would mainly be Minecraft, and an fps title such as COD or titanfall etc. The specs of the two computers are as follows;

Added (1). Stevö© - Used to render videos mostly at 4K 60 fps, also used for video editing, and 3D graphics design, the main use was to not run Minecraft, just in my free time:P I know that I could get it cheaper by building it myself. I'm just afraid I'll break something!
