Rip off laptop with good structure?!

So im only 13 and we have a family computer but my mom wont let me use it! >:( she says it has work on it. Anyways I discovered I had around 400 $ from my previous birthdays and events so I was surfing online and found a laptop costing 400 $. My main priority is playing the game "Minecraft" on it without lagging, please tell me if its capable of doing so! :D
