My Tablet Gets stuck a little bit when i move around in games?

On minecraft or terraria, When i click and try to drag/look around it gets stuck until i move it really hard. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Btw using Neutab 2 Running Android 4.4.4
Added (1). Its not a RAM issue, I have 9 GB Free on my Tablet.
