Why are all server employees lowlife assholes?

If you go into any minecraft server (and im guessing alot of other games) with employee's online they always are cocky, assholes, abusers, etc. And if you say something not out of line with the rules and they dont like it they'll chat mute you or worse.

Has anyone else ever experienced this? And what's your opinion?
